House Rules
Please read and follow these rules during your stay.
General Rules
- Check-in: 2:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM
- No smoking inside the property
- No parties or loud music after 10:00 PM
- Pets are not allowed
During Your Stay
- Please keep the property clean and tidy
- Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately
- Do not disturb other residents in the building
- Dispose of garbage in the designated bins
Kitchen
- Clean all dishes and utensils after use
- Do not leave food out overnight
- Ensure all appliances are switched off after use
Check-Out
- Return all keys to the designated spot
- Ensure all windows and doors are locked
- Switch off all lights, fans, and AC units
- Leave the property in a reasonable condition
Important
- Any damage to the property will be charged to the guest
- Loss of keys will incur a replacement fee
- We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if house rules are repeatedly violated
