House Rules

Please read and follow these rules during your stay.

General Rules

  • Check-in: 2:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • No smoking inside the property
  • No parties or loud music after 10:00 PM
  • Pets are not allowed

During Your Stay

  • Please keep the property clean and tidy
  • Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately
  • Do not disturb other residents in the building
  • Dispose of garbage in the designated bins

Kitchen

  • Clean all dishes and utensils after use
  • Do not leave food out overnight
  • Ensure all appliances are switched off after use

Check-Out

  • Return all keys to the designated spot
  • Ensure all windows and doors are locked
  • Switch off all lights, fans, and AC units
  • Leave the property in a reasonable condition

Important

  • Any damage to the property will be charged to the guest
  • Loss of keys will incur a replacement fee
  • We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if house rules are repeatedly violated
